House of Brooks Media

A YSWS Growth Firm Company · Atlanta

You built the business. Now let the right people see the person behind it.

People connect with a person, not a logo. We help you get seen, without becoming someone you're not.

The problem we exist for

A post can bring someone to your page. Then what?

Most founders don't have a content problem. They have a then-what problem. Visibility gets attention, but attention alone doesn't build trust, earn the referral, or close the sale. And too often the founder is either too busy to show up, or quietly afraid to be the face of their own business. Often it's a deeper habit: the quiet leader who made everyone else look good in corporate, and never made sure they were seen, carries that same instinct into business, where being unseen means being unpaid. We don't stop at the post. We build the path the post is supposed to lead into, and we help you get comfortable being seen along the way.

Who we help

For people with real expertise and something worth seeing.

Expertise-led founders

Consultants, coaches, therapists, authors, speakers, and service providers who know their work is good, and are ready to let people see the person behind it.

Local service businesses

Owners who need to show up consistently and be trusted the moment someone searches them, without chasing every platform or vanity metric.

Mission-led organizations

Nonprofits and initiatives that need the right people to understand the work, feel the momentum, and want to back it.

How we work

We start with where you're going. Then we talk about posts.

Being seen is strategy, not noise. So we build in a deliberate order: understand what's there, plan what's next, execute it, build the pieces, and hold it all together.

Understand

Audit

See how you show up now and what to fix first.

Your whole media presence, run as one.

We don't stop at the post. We build the path the post is supposed to lead into.

What makes us different

No ads. No vanity. No pretending.

We don't chase virality

No ads, no follower-count games, no algorithm-chasing. Social media doesn't sell. It makes you credible so the real selling converts. We build visibility that leads somewhere.

We start from the business

Your presence has to serve where the business is actually going: in 90 days, in a year, in five. Marketing can't create clarity; it can only spend faster without it. So we start with clarity.

Real beats polished

In an age of AI-perfect feeds, people trust what's real. No thousand-dollar production required, just the honest, human you. That's what earns trust, speaking invitations, and sales.

You're the engine. We free it.

You still have to network, call, and show up in rooms; that's yours. Our job is to take the content and reputation off your plate so you're freed up to go do the revenue work only you can do.

The person behind the house

I spent over 20 years learning how growth actually happens.

I came up inside real companies, not marketing agencies. Two decades at one of the world's largest logistics firms, running operations and managing multimillion-dollar accounts across more than 170 countries. I learned how businesses actually grow and hold together under pressure, from the inside, where results are real and excuses don't survive.

Then I built my own practice, took a board seat with a global nonprofit, and wrote a series of books about what happens when leaders hand their judgment to whoever moves fastest. So when I tell you a prettier grid won't grow your business, it isn't an opinion. I've watched founders succeed and stall, and the difference was never vanity. It was clarity, a willingness to be seen, and someone who tells the truth about what works.

The first step is a conversation

Give yourself permission to be visible, valued, and paid.

Tell us where you are, and we'll show you where to start. Most people begin with a quick, low-risk audit, and climb from there, only when they're ready.
