For therapists and clinicians

Practice beyond the hour.

Your income has a ceiling built into it. There are only so many hours in a week, and the work is too demanding to fill all of them. What comes next is a business you have to build on top of the practice you are already running.

Before anything else

I have spent years working alongside therapists, and I notice the same thing every time. You will advocate fiercely for a client, name their worth without flinching, and hold steady through things most people could not sit with. Then it comes to your own value, your own pricing, your own visibility, and you go quiet.

That is not a flaw in you. It is what happens when your whole professional training points outward.

I created this just for you.

Shirley L.A. Brooks

The problem underneath

Everything past the ceiling is a different business.

Group programs, workshops, webinars, community, speaking, training, retreats. These are how clinicians build something that is not paid by the hour, and most never get there.

Not for lack of clinical skill. Because nobody built the infrastructure, the enrollment path, or the visibility that fills it.

Being found is one thing. What happens next is another. We handle the then what.

We help you show up as the real, credible person you already are, and we build the path your visibility is supposed to lead into.

We build systems that stop depending on your brain and your body to hold it all together.

Wherever you are

Three places clinicians usually find us.

Just starting

You have the credentials and are ready to begin your own practice.

You are leaving an agency, a hospital, a school system, or a corporate role and opening your own practice.

You need a brand, a website that converts, a directory profile that actually gets found, a Google presence, practice management, intake and scheduling that do not eat your evenings, payment processing, and a way to get your first clients that is not waiting for referrals.

Building

The practice exists and the calendar is not right.

It is not full, or it is full of the wrong work.

You need consistent visibility, a client journey that does not leak between first contact and first session, referral relationships that actually produce, and eventually rates that reflect what you deliver rather than what you were charging when you started.

Going beyond the hour

The caseload is full and you can see the edges.

Now it is group programs, curriculum, live workshops, webinars, a podcast, a newsletter, a community, speaking, corporate training, retreats.

You have the clinical depth to build all of it. What you do not have is the curriculum structure, the enrollment path, the backend, or the hours to build those while carrying a full caseload.

What we actually do

This goes deeper than content.

We co-develop curriculum for your programs and workshops, alongside you, so the content is yours and the structure holds.

We architect the backend. Registration, payments, scheduling, automations, and the client experience from first inquiry through final session, inside the systems clinicians actually use.

We build the foundation to invite revenue and reach that do not exist yet. Sponsorship packages for a retreat. A webinar that becomes an enrollment engine. A podcast with a purpose behind it. Speaking and training offers positioned so organizations can buy them.

We run the visibility layer. Strategy, content, captions, graphics, reels, newsletter, and community management across your platforms and groups. If you have a team, we build the assets and the process and they execute. If you do not, we handle it.

We audit and fix what is already there. Website, search presence, directories, and the path a stranger takes from finding you to booking, anything that impacts your reputation and the client experience.

And we work on the part most clinicians do not say out loud. Being visible is uncomfortable when you have spent a career holding other people's stories. We are not going to ask you to become someone you are not. We will help you get comfortably uncomfortable with being the face of your brand, with prompts, structure, and a pace your nervous system can actually sustain.

Because here is what nobody says to you: being the person who helps everyone else feel confident does not mean you do not need that kind of support yourself. You are allowed to need it too.

I am a therapy-informed coach, so I am human first in everything I do. That also means I know a practice running entirely on one nervous system is not a discipline problem or a marketing problem. It is a design problem, and design problems are fixable.

We also know what you cannot do. No client testimonials, no case stories, no outcome claims. Building visibility inside professional ethics is not something we work around. It is the specialty.

Being visible is uncomfortable when you have spent a career holding other people's stories.

How it works

It starts with strategy. It ends with a roadmap.

Every engagement begins with your business goals and where you actually want this to go, because a plan built without that is just activity. Then we audit what exists now. You leave with a roadmap: what to fix, what to build, and in what order.

Then you choose how we work it.

One honest conversation about what is going on and what you are trying to build. Not a sales call.

Audit & Strategy Roadmap
Starting at $440

Your goals, a full audit of what exists now, and a written roadmap of what to fix and build in what order. Credits fully toward your first month if you continue.

Accountable
Starting at $777 / month

Consulting and accountability together. You run your own plan, with a standing room to think it through, a strategic partner for the decisions, and someone who asks what moved.

With You
Starting at $1,777 / month

Strategy, curriculum, and assets built. You and your team execute. Common when a practice has an associate or an admin who can post and send.

For You
Starting at $2,777 / month

Full execution. Content, community, newsletter, webinars, program operations, client experience. You stay clinical.

Local Presence & Reputation
Starting at $500 / month

A local entry point. Show up consistently and be trusted when someone searches you: one primary platform, reputation and review management, and your Google Business Profile. A steady, credible presence without the full content operation.

Program Build
Project priced, starting at $3,500

A one time build rather than a retainer. Curriculum, backend architecture, enrollment path, and launch. For retreats we add sponsorship packages and the outreach process your team can run without you.

Three month minimum on monthly engagements. Visibility does not compound in thirty days.

Is this you

This is for you if you recognize yourself here.

You have the credentials and are ready to begin your own practice.

You have spent years inside an agency, a hospital, a school system, or a corporate role. You are good at the work and you know it. What you do not have is any of the rest of it: a brand, a website that converts, a directory profile that gets found, intake and payments that do not eat your evenings, or a plan for where the first clients come from that is not hoping someone refers you.

You also have a quieter problem. The idea of promoting yourself feels like a betrayal of why you got into this. So you have been waiting for the work to speak for itself, and it has not, because it cannot.

The practice works and you have hit the ceiling.

You left the institution and built something real. The caseload fills. And now you can see the edges of it, because there are only so many hours and you are already tired.

What you want next is not more clients. It is a different shape. Group programs where the work reaches more than one person at a time. Live workshops. A podcast, a newsletter, a community that keeps people close between sessions. Speaking and training, because organizations need what you know and will pay differently for it.

You have the clinical depth to build all of it. You do not have the hours, and you do not have the map.

You have a team and you are still the bottleneck.

The practice has grown. There are associates, maybe an admin. On paper the work is distributed.

But the content still routes through you, because nobody else can write in your voice. The retreat you have been planning for two years has no funding model and no outreach process. The podcast started strong and stalled. The newsletter goes out when you remember. Your team could execute if someone would build the assets and tell them what to do, and that someone keeps being you, at eleven at night.

And the reels. You know you should be on camera. You know it works. You have not done it.

Honestly

This is not for you if

You want someone to bring you clients while you stay behind the scenes. Visibility supports the sale. It does not make it. You still have to show up.

You want guarantees. We will not give you numbers we cannot stand behind, and anyone who does is selling you something else.

You want the cheapest option. There are people who will post for you, including us, for a few hundred dollars a month. That is a different service and it will get you a different result.

You are not willing to be the face of your own practice, at all, in any form. We will meet you where your nervous system is and move at a pace you can sustain. What we cannot do is replace you.

In their words

From clinicians and coaches who have done this work.

I was introduced to Shirley through an organization called All Women Lead, hosted by Jen M and Melissa M and located in London, Ontario, CANADA because I needed a business coach. I expressed my interest in building my private practice which I had started 5 yrs ago as a solo therapist but realized I wanted to grow it into a business and had no idea where to begin.

Shirley reached out to introduce herself and also how she knew I was looking for her assistance. This immediately calmed my suspicion about internet trolls and Google spyware which is extremely important for a generation X individual who can trust too quickly and likes to give the benefit of the doubt a lot.

Shirley began her work with me not knowing how little I knew about business in general so using words like SOP's and Onboarding were going right over my head because I don't speak business. I asked Shirley to slow down with the acronyms and she did immediately. We had a good laugh and I appreciated Shirley's patience with my need for turtle pace learning.

I have also been thankful for Shirley's follow up of providing me with the plan and next steps so that I have a guide to follow. Finally, Shirley will give me a gentle challenge if I thought something was complete and she observes and knows it isn't, she'll just highlight the area and ask the obvious question which activates me to realize this wasn't complete.

Overall Shirley has been a fantastic human resource to help be develop a system that my practice can grow from. Thank you Shirley!

I've been in the business space since 2010, but it wasn't until I met Shirley that things actually started to take off. People told me I 'exploded' on the scene, but I've always been here. That explosion was Shirley.

What stays yours

You are still the face of your practice.

You show up in your community, you network, you build the relationships, you do the revenue generating work only you can do. That does not transfer, and you would not want it to.

We will say this plainly, because we would rather you hear it now than six months in. This work only works if you work. There are no guarantees of revenue, bookings, or any other outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is that none of it moves the needle if you take your foot off the gas.

Visibility is not sales. It is one lever among several. It makes you credible so the conversations you are already having convert, and it puts you in front of people who would never have found you otherwise. It does not replace you picking up the phone, showing up in rooms, and asking for the business.

We build everything that catches the people your presence brings in. You still have to bring them.

One honest conversation

If any of this sounded like your practice.

Let's talk about it. No pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to do anything afterward. Just a real read on what is happening and what would actually help.
